These gorgeous game boards are all hand made by me (Cat), and my signature quirkiness is in evidence, as usual! Each oversized, folding wooden board is hand painted to match the chess set, or to order when purchased alone. Multiple color washes are used to allow the beautiful beech grain to show through. The edges are finished with fancy, faux-finished moulding, and it sits solid and flat. Last but not least, I add lots of fun handpainted embellishments onto the board, such as curling vines, leaves, and Creature tracks! When folded, enough squares are showing to allow all your pieces to be on display at once, whilst taking up only half the space!
Coming soon: Glump checker sets (which will match these boards as well!)!! Roughly 2 feet by 2 feet by 1.5" thick; 2 feet by 1 foot by 3" when folded.
